Lunch time or after work sessions appropriate to all levels of ability and experience. Ambience is created with Singing bowls, Essential Oils and Music.

Yin 

The three basic tenets are to come into the shape and find an appropriate edge, become still, and then stay awhile.  Here we affect the deeper 'yin' connective tissues of the body and overall vitality through the meridian channels.  Mindfulness techniques are woven through to make this a deeply nourishing and meditative practice.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Fluid sequences are linked together with vinyasa flows. Emphasis is placed on the synergy between breath and movement. This practice builds overall strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health.

Hatha 

Classic restorative yoga at a slower pace with emphasis on building a solid foundation before moving onto other styles. Suitable for beginners and older practitioners.

Massoga Massage Yoga

Two hour Yin Yoga immersions with the added element of massage, acupressure and adjustment to release the practitioner into a deeper place of release, awareness and relaxation.

Suksma 

Suksma in Sanskrit means 'Subtle'. This chair based class is suitable for those with restricted mobility, and focuses on small contained movements combined with mindfulness techniques.
