Restorative Yoga Massage
RYM is a combination of acupressure and Thai massage techniques along the body's major 'sen' (energy) lines, combined with assisted stretching through different floor based yoga poses.
A 60 or 90 minute full body treatment takes place fully clothed on custom floor mats, and is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience.

Therapeutic Massage
Deep tissue release techniques such as trigger pointing are combined with classic oil based, full body Swedish style table massage with optional use of essential oils.

Sound Massage
Tibetan Sound Bowls are placed on and around chakra’s points for powerful intention based healing. The pure tone harmonic vibrations of the bowls resets the body’s own energetic frequencies.

All treatments include optional use of essential oils and both Restorative Yoga Massage and Therapeutic treatments can be combined with Sound Massage.
